Psychiatrist Rehabilitation Program for Adults

Our Psychiatrist Rehabilitation Program (PRP) supports clients with accessing services and resources in the communities and works diligently to ensure that the clients have access to the best treatments. Our rehabilitation Staff provide services in the communities. Our Staff assist clients with learning and developing enhanced daily living skills and thriving daily towards accomplishing healthy coping mechanisms. Light Hope Inc is licensed by the State of Maryland Department of Health and are accredited by CARF.

Eligibility and Referrals
  • A psychiatric diagnosis that meets the priority population definition, as determined by the Behavioral Health Authority.
  • Referrals completed by a licensed mental health clinician.
  • Actively participating in mental health treatment
  • Diagnosed with a behavioral health diagnosis
  • Willing to participate in PRP services
  • A Medical Assistance recipient
